The PBXware Sound Converter converts and uploads sound files from a PC to the required PBXware format for: Music on Hold, IVR Greetings, Queue Greeting, Ring Groups and Call Center Agents. 

Sound files are automatically converted by the Sound Converter into a supported PBXware audio format (from .wav or mp3 to .gms, .ulaw, .alaw or .sln), and then uploaded to a preset PBXware destination.
